What You Need To KnowAwe Salon is located at 139 N 6th Street in Seward, Nebraska. It was established in September 2008 by Alyssa and Carey Hendrix of Seward. Alyssa Hendrix became a licensed hairdresser and barber in 2001 and has been an active hairdresser in the community of Seward since 2002. Awe Salon is an 1800 square foot barber and beauty salon that offers a variety of services to men, women and children within the community and surrounding communities. Awe Salon is staffed with seven licensed hairdressers, 3 licensed barbers, a salon coordinator, an esthetician, a body piercer and a permanent cosmetic technician. Our cosmetologists are certified with the American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better Organization and volunteer their time to provide sessions to patients at the Seward Memorial Hospital and the Nebraska Hematology Oncology Center, Lincoln who are undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. Alyssa Hendrix is a Redken Certified Hair Colorist, a certified Raquel Welch wig consultant and a trainer for the American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better Volunteers. Awe Salon Team offers haircut services for men, women and children, Redken hair color and foiling services, facial and body piercings, ear candling, facial and body waxing, permanent cosmetics, wig services and Bare Mineral makeup applications. The Awe Salon Team also offers special occasion parties and mobile wedding services. We provide professional take home hair care products from Pureology, Redken and the Bare Minerals collections. |
