In a two-hour period the youth and sponsors packaged 6690 meals. It was a fun time. Thank you to Lori Bruns, Linda Rotschafer, Shannon Wilkins, and Steve and Patty Vavra for sponsoring the event.</div> <div> <I><B>Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8:</B></I></div> <div> KFC sponsored a tree at Friend's Christmas Tree Festival, held at the Community Center in Friend.</div> <div> <I><B>Sunday, December 9:</B></I></div> <div> "No Strings Attached" an Advent Play, was presented during the worship service at St. John's.</div> <div> <I><B>Wednesday, December 12:</B></I><B> </B></div> <div> KFC presented "No Strings Attached" during Friend's Community Christmas Festival at 7:00 p.m. in Friend's Opera House.</div> <div> <I><B>YOUTH GROUP LOCK-IN WITH CONCORDIA STUDENTS:</B></I><B> </B></div> <div> The Youth Group Lock-In was Friday, January 18th, 7:00 p.m. to Saturday January 19th, 7:00 a.m. </div> <div> <I><B>BAKE SALE:</B></I></div> <div> Sunday, February 3 KFC (with the help of our congregation) raised $400.00</div> <div> <I><B>DARE 2 SHARE:</B></I><B> </B></div> <div> Dare-2-Share was held at Pershing Auditorium in Lincoln February 22nd and 23rd.
