in accordance with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality Regulations;
The following items are allowed:
- brush
- pallets
- logs
- trees-under 8 foot lengths
- untreated lumber
The following items are NOT allowed:
- plywood
- particle board
- painted lumber
- treated lumber
- household furniture
- cardboard
- household garbage
- railroad ties
- dirt
- stumps
- paint
- chemicals
- tires
Anyone in Violations of the above DEQ or City Regulations will have any Burn Site Usage Privileges Revoked and subject to Cleanup Charges.
